Energy Bites
Makes about 2 dozen
2 scoops of protein powder
1/2 c. pecans or almonds
1/2 c. dry/raw oats - I like Bob's Red Mill gluten free
Mix dry ingredients, then add:
2/3 cups of unsweetened peanut butter or almond butter
¼ cup of honey
1/-1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips (I like Enjoy Life - only 2 ingredients!)
Mix well – form into balls.
Refrigerate or freeze.
