Roasted Pecans

 

Here’s a *general* recipe with basic guidelines and zero measurements. I will provide an oven temp! You’re either extremely annoyed or delighted by this.⁣

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees⁣.⁣
Fill a pan with pecans - not overlapping⁣
Spray with a tiny bit of olive oil⁣
Drizzle 2 Tablespoons sticky substance of choice (honey, maple syrup, agave)⁣
Fresh ground pink Himalayan salt - don’t go too crazy - you can add more later⁣
Chopped fresh rosemary⁣
Cinnamon⁣

Roast 10 min⁣
Stir⁣
Check and stir every 5 min⁣
When they’re dark and smell amazing, take them out.⁣
